How Score handles your data — in one place. Score scores sales-call transcripts. We built it around a simple principle: we never store the full transcript. Below is everything a security or procurement team needs.
Privacy Notice
What we collect, how transcripts are handled, retention, and your rights.
Security Brief
Data flow, encryption, access control, and application security controls.
Usage Overview
How the product may be used, data ownership, and acceptable use.
Data Handling Overview
Controller/processor roles, sub-processors, and how to request a signed DPA.
AI Use & Automated Decisions
How we use AI, why scores are advisory, and the human-oversight requirement.
What we store, at a glance
| Data | Stored? | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Full call transcript | No | In memory only |
| Derived analysis (scores + short excerpts) | Yes, keyed to a one-way hash | ≤ 30 days |
| Scorecard templates | Yes | Until you delete them |
| Application logs | Yes (no call content) | Limited operational retention |
Built on SOC 2-certified infrastructure
Score runs on Cloudflare (hosting, storage, identity) and uses Anthropic (Claude) for scoring — both SOC 2 audited. Transcript data sent to Anthropic is not used to train models. Our own formal SOC 2 program is planned as we move toward general availability.
